UFOs and Churchmen

In 1954, after completing the higher theological studies at the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy of Rome, Monsignor Corrado Balducci took on important functions at the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith, which became Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples during the pontificate of Pope John Paul II.

Nowadays, several churchmen, unlike the past, accept that terrestrial man is not alone in the universe. The head of the Vatican astronomers, the Argentine Jesuit José Gabriele Funes, 45 old, double degree in theology and astrophysics states: “It is possible to believe both in God and in the extraterrestrials. We can admit the existence of other worlds and other life-forms, even more evolved than ours, without thereby calling into question faith in creation, incarnation and redemption”.

Father Raimondo Spiazzi, Dominican, and Father Gino Concetti, Franciscan, have expressed ideas similar to those of Father Funes. Father Pio, a great saint but certainly not a theologian or a cultist of astrophysics, had already spoken about it. Once, to those who challenged, he answered: “Do you think that God’s omnipotence should be confined to the small planet Earth?”.

These churchmen simply admit the presence of other people in the universe. On the contrary, Father Balducci officially stated that the alien presence on our planet may even be mostly assumed. He was a prominent personality in the culture of the Catholic world. Let’s listen to him: vidéo youtube
